We had our bath redone by Coastal Bath last year. Unfortunately we could not be at the house while it was installed. One of the sides of the shower unit was a few inches wider than the other. It looked okay but they had to remove a hook that my husband used to hang his towel so that they could install it. I contacted them about remounting the hook. They told us they wouldn’t and to just get a glue on hook! Their customer service is a joke. Every time I see one of their commercials I feel like screening! An update: Originally I gave Coastal three stars. But then I received a call from Karli at Coastal. She was very concerned about my issue and was determined to make any necessary corrections. And correct it she did! After a few texts, we found the exact fixture that was needed. It was installed a few minutes ago. My apologies for not remembering the name of the technician that came - he was great! Not sure how to do it but please consider this a ***** review. The shower is great and the customer service showed how good they can be.
