Bryan & Chris arrived promptly as scheduled to install our new bath. They were professional and helpful the whole time. They removed snow from our deck to prevent accidents & lined our floor with fabric to prevent tracking debris. They worked meticulously and kept us informed about their progress. They worked quickly to resolve a potential delay that ended up saving us money. After completion, they provided us with additonal care & maintenance instructions. Their experience, attention-to-detail, and competence has earned our trust in Coastal Bath to provide the premiere service and exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Horrible Experience! Today 2/13/25 I had just taken my kids to school at Delmar High School but one of my kids forgot their backpack at home so I was on my way home with my son to pick up his Backpack… and on my way home from the high school, I have to ride right by coastal Bath. On my way by I had to stop in the road because a coastal bath truck was taking up the entire road park sideways and the employees were unloading trash out of the back of a trailer attached to the truck into a dumpster. I stopped and politely waited for a few minutes but nobody moved the truck even though multiple employees saw me sitting there stuck unable to pass as their truck was in the road. I honked the horn to get their attention at which point one of the employees (white mail with long hair and glasses) turns around and flips me off with both hands and then goes back to unloading trash. I will be in the market to have a bathroom redone this spring and I will NOT be using Coastal Bath. Any company that allows their employees to act that way will NOT get MY business!

Great communication through the whole process, from the initial quote visit, office communication and scheduling, to installation. Friendly, responsible staff. Dyonne and Dean and Stephen were thorough with a professional installation and thorough clean up. Highly recommend this crew and company.
